By purchasing a Tailored to Love Engagement Ring from Daniella Draper, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before placing your order. These terms apply in addition to our general website Terms & Conditions and do not affect your statutory rights.

Bespoke and Tailored Designs

Each Tailored to Love Engagement Ring is individually crafted to your chosen specifications, including metal type, diamond size, and design preferences.

Production times may vary depending on the design and materials chosen.
Lead time is up to 10 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
You will be notified of the estimated delivery date once your order has been confirmed.

Diamond Characteristics

When you select a specific diamond size, please note that:

The colour, clarity, and size may vary slightly according to availability.
The carat weight may vary by up to 0.1 carats, but the minimum carat weight you will receive will always match your selected size.
This slight variation is normal and ensures that each diamond remains unique and individually beautiful.

Personalised and Resized Rings

Due to the bespoke nature of the Tailored to Love collection:

Personalised or custom-made rings cannot be returned or refunded.
We recommend confirming your ring size and design details carefully before placing your order.
One complimentary resize is included within 3 months of purchase, provided the ring size adjustment is within the design’s limits.
Any additional resizing or alterations after the first free resize may incur additional charges and may affect the estimated delivery or collection time.

Payment and Order Confirmation

A deposit or full payment may be required to begin production. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and all design specifications are confirmed in writing.

Delivery and Collection

We will notify you when your ring is ready for delivery or collection. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as supplier lead times or shipping delays. Daniella Draper is not liable for delays outside our control.

Warranty and Aftercare

Your Tailored to Love ring is covered by our standard Daniella Draper warranty against manufacturing defects. Regular maintenance and professional cleaning are recommended to preserve the ring’s condition and beauty.
