DELIVERY AND PACKAGING INFORMATION
UK DELIVERY
DPD/DPD EXPRESS DELIVERY
Orders will be tracked and require a signature upon delivery. Please note you will receive a DPD notification for tracking purposes once your order has been dispatched. If your delivery has been delayed or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team via customerservice@danielladraper.com
ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY
Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered within 2-5 working days subject to no unexpected delays. Please note this option is only available for orders £100 or less. All orders shipped using Royal Mail are tracked, will be sent using eco packaging and can be posted through your letterbox. We regret that Daniella Draper can not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged orders that have been shipped using Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
DHL INERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International shipping via DHL is calculated at the checkout based on your shipping location. Delivery times may vary and can take up to 1 week. Please note that we do not currently deliver to Ukraine, Russia, Brazil or Switzerland.

INSTORE COLLECTION
Orders can be collected from your preferred store from 10am-5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am-4pm on Sundays. You will be notified by a member of our team once your order is ready to collect.
FREE DELIVERY
All orders over £200 benefit from free UK delivery. International orders benefit from free delivery when spending over a certain value, which is calculated at checkout depending on shipping location.
GIFT WRAPPING
We offer complementary luxury gift wrapping with all our orders as well as the option to select eco packaging at the checkout. There is also the option to include a gift message with your order which can be added at checkout.
INDIVIDUAL GIFT WRAPPING
We offer complementary gift wrapping with all orders, made from responsibly sourced materials. Each item will be individually wrapped in a branded jewellery pouch, box and gift bag, then wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in an kraft mailing box.
ECO PACKAGING
We offer eco packaging with all orders, made from responsibly sourced materials. Each item will be wrapped in a branded jewellery pouch and box, then placed into a recyclable Jiffy bag which can be posted through your letterbox.
Please note all Royal Mail deliveries will be sent using eco packaging only.
