DELIVERY AND PACKAGING INFORMATION

UK DELIVERY

DPD/DPD EXPRESS DELIVERY

Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered within 1–2 working days. All orders are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a DPD notification for tracking purposes once your order has been dispatched. If your delivery is delayed or damaged in transit, please email our Customer Service team at customerservice@danielladraper.com.

ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY

Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered within 3–4 working days, subject to no unexpected delays. Please note, this option is only available for orders of £100 or less.

All orders shipped via Royal Mail are tracked, sent using eco packaging, and can be posted through your letterbox. We regret that Daniella Draper cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders shipped using Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International shipping via DHL is calculated at checkout based on your shipping location, including any applicable customs charges. Delivery times may vary and can take up to 1 week. Please note that we do not currently deliver to Ukraine, Russia, Brazil, or Switzerland.

INSTORE COLLECTION

Orders can be collected from your preferred store 7 days a week. Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to arrive at the store. You will be notified by a member of our team once your order is ready for collection.

FREE DELIVERY

All orders over £500 benefit from free UK delivery. International orders benefit from free delivery when spending over a certain value, which is calculated at checkout depending on shipping location.

INDIVIDUAL GIFT WRAPPING

We offer complementary gift wrapping with all orders, made from responsibly sourced materials. Each item will be individually wrapped in a branded jewellery pouch, box and gift bag, then wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in an kraft mailing box.

ECO PACKAGING

We offer eco packaging with all orders, made from responsibly sourced materials. Each item will be wrapped in a branded jewellery pouch and box, then placed into a recyclable Jiffy bag which can be posted through your letterbox.

Please note all Royal Mail deliveries will be sent using eco packaging only.

LUXURY GIFT WRAPPING (£5)

Upgrade to our Luxury Gift Wrapping. Your Daniella Draper pieces will arrive presented in an individually ribboned box, complete with a gift tag, perfect for your personal message.
