KLARNA PAYMENT OPTIONS

Klarna offers different ways to pay:
  1. Pay in 3 Instalments: Spread the cost of your purchase over three equal payments. The first instalment is collected at checkout, and the remaining two will be automatically collected every 30 days.
  2. Pay Later in 30 Days: Receive your items before you pay. With this option, you have 30 days from the shipping date to complete your payment.

ELIGIBILITY 

To use Klarna, you must:
  • Be over 18 years old and a resident of the UK.
  • Have a billing address and phone number matching those provided at checkout.
  • Have a debit or credit card to register with Klarna.
Please note that eligibility is determined by Klarna’s internal criteria and is subject to their approval. 

KLARNA ACCOUNT & PAYMENT SCHEDULE

  • Klarna will email a payment schedule to you after your purchase, which will include your due dates.
  • Payment reminders will also be sent, and you can check your Klarna account for details or adjust your payment preferences.

FEES & INTEREST

Klarna’s payment options offered on the Daniella Draper website are interest-free. However, failure to pay on time may result in late fees and affect your credit score, impacting future credit eligibility.

Klarna's Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If you choose to return any items from an order paid through Klarna:
  • Ensure your order is returned to Daniella Draper within 28 days. We do not offer refunds on personalised pieces, earrings or worn items. 
  • Daniella Draper will process the refund within 14 business days of receiving the return. The Klarna account update may take 5-10 business days following Daniella Draper’s refund processing.
  • Klarna will then update your account, and any refunded amount will be applied to outstanding payments.
  • For returns under the Pay Later in 30 Days option, no payment will be required if the refund is processed within the 30-day window. Klarna will update your account accordingly
  • Purchases made online using Klarna can not be returned or exchanged in store. 
  • Klarna will adjust any scheduled payments following a return (e.g., if you have paid part of an installment). Klarna will not take any further payments once the return is completed within the refund policy’s time frame.
  • Daniella Draper does not offer exchanges with Klarna. The order will need to be refunded for a new transaction to be completed. 

IMPORTANT NOTICES

  • Klarna is an independent payment provider. Any issues with the Klarna service should be addressed with Klarna directly.
  • If you miss a payment or your payment fails, Klarna may issue a late fee and may impact your credit score.
  • Klarna reserves the right to reject purchases at their discretion and may perform a credit check if deemed necessary.
KLARNA'S PRIVACY NOTICE
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
