ELIGIBILITY

To use Klarna, you must:

• Be over 18 years old and a resident of the UK.
• Have a billing address and phone number matching those provided at checkout.
• Have a debit or credit card to register with Klarna.

Eligibility is determined by Klarna and is subject to their approval.

KLARNA ACCOUNT & PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Klarna will email a payment schedule to you after your purchase, which will include your due dates.

Payment reminders will also be sent, and you can check your Klarna account for details or manage your payments.

FEES & INTEREST

Klarna's payment options offered on the Daniella Draper website are interest-free. Late fees may apply if payments are not made on time.

Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If you choose to return any items from an order paid through Klarna, please follow our standard returns policy.

Ensure your order is returned to Daniella Draper within 28 days. We do not offer refunds on personalised pieces, earrings or worn items.

Please note that a £3.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund for returns processed by post, effective from 28 July 2025.

Daniella Draper will process your refund within 14 business days of receiving your return. Klarna will then update your payment schedule and account accordingly.

For returns under the Pay in 30 days option, please refer to Klarna for information about your payment obligations while your return is being processed.

Daniella Draper does not offer exchanges with Klarna. The original order will need to be refunded and a new transaction completed.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

Klarna is an independent payment provider. Any issues relating to your Klarna account or payments should be addressed directly with Klarna.

If you miss a payment or your payment fails, late fees may apply and this may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit.

Klarna reserves the right to approve or decline purchases in accordance with its eligibility criteria.

KLARNA'S PRIVACY NOTICE

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we may pass your personal data, including contact and order details, to Klarna at checkout. This enables Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Klarna’s Privacy Notice.
