CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY AT HOME

Wear your jewellery often. Natural contact with your skin can help keep precious metals looking their best.
Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping.
Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, cleaning products and other chemicals.
Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box to help prevent scratches and tangling.
Clean your jewellery gently using warm water, mild washing up liquid and a soft brush or lint-free cloth.

Our stone pieces are created to celebrate the natural beauty of each gemstone, with every stone carrying its own unique characteristics. As semi-precious and precious stones are natural materials, they require thoughtful care to help preserve their beauty over time.

To care for your stone jewellery:

Avoid wearing stone pieces during activities where they could be knocked, dropped or exposed to impact, as semi-precious stones can chip or become damaged if struck.
Remove your jewellery before exercising, sleeping, showering or using household cleaning products.
Store stone pieces separately in their original packaging or a soft pouch to help prevent scratches and damage.
Clean gently using a soft cloth, mild soap and water only. Avoid harsh chemicals and cleaning solutions.
Take extra care with rings and bracelets, as these pieces are more likely to come into contact with surfaces throughout the day.

Our Signature Bangles are designed to be worn and treasured every day. To help maintain their shape and strength, it is important to handle your bangle with care and avoid putting unnecessary pressure on the metal.

To care for your Signature Bangle:

Avoid repeatedly pinching, squeezing or stretching your bangle to make it fit, as this can weaken the metal over time and may cause it to snap.
Choose the correct size for a comfortable fit that can be easily slipped on and off without needing to adjust the shape of the bangle.

Please note, same-day cleaning is subject to store availability and how busy our teams are on the day. For more complex cleaning requirements, your jewellery may need to be sent to our workshop.

For pieces that need a little more care, we can send your jewellery to our Lincolnshire workshop for a deeper clean and professional refresh. This service is available for a small fee and allows our makers to give your treasured pieces the attention they deserve.
