If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Returning by post? We provide a Royal Mail returns label at no upfront cost to make your return as easy as possible. However, a £3.95 returns fee will be deducted from your refund when your return is processed. This applies to all postal returns from 28 July 2025.

All online DD Archive and special price pieces have 14 days to be returned or exchanged.
Arrange a returnIf you wish to exchange your item for a different piece, this can be done up to 28 days from purchase providing that the item has not been worn, is in perfect condition and is returned in the original packaging.
If the value of the new item exceeds the original, you will be required to pay the difference. If the value of the new item is lower than the original piece, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase or a credit note issued.

We have a thorough quality management system in place and all items are checked before leaving the workshop as we pride ourselves on producing handcrafted products of the highest quality and attention to detail.
Items are classed as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault happens within 12 months of purchase. In this instance, we will repair or replace the item(s) free of charge. Please note that items damaged as a result of not following our care guidelines or general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
