3. Arrange a return with Royal Mail

4. Take your parcel to your local post office

Items should be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Please download the returns form here and then click the button below to arrange your free return via Royal Mail.

We will honour a full refund or an exchange from the 1st of Nov 2022 until the 31st Jan 2023 on unworn items (excludes personalised pieces & earrings) with a valid receipt.

Please note due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact customerservice@danielladraper.com for further queries regarding personalised pieces. Please note that we are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

We do not provide a full refund for orders made in store using cash. You are able to receive an exchange, a credit note or gift voucher for the same amount.

If you would like to exchange an item you purchased online you can take the item and a copy of your receipt to any of our stores. We can exchange your item, offer store credit or a gift voucher.
