Please note that, with the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, we are not responsible for return postage. We ask that you fill in the returns form enclosed with your items and post it to our returns address below.
Items should be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can not be returned or exchanged. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned.
If you are posting the item back to us, we recommend that you use a secure, trackable method and insure the item as we will not be responsible for loss in transit. Also it is a good idea to retain proof of posting.

If you have placed an order online and would like a full refund please post the items to the returns address above.
If you would like to exchange an item you purchased online you can take the item and a copy of your receipt to any of our stores. We can exchange your item, offer store credit or a gift voucher.
