If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund or an exchange within 28 days of purchase providing that the products are unworn, unpersonalised and in the original packaging.
Please note Black Friday products cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to make a return:
1. Download & complete the returns form
2. Securely package up your items with the returns form
3. Arrange a return with Royal Mail
4. Take your parcel to your local post office
Christmas returns policy - Receive a full refund or exchange until 6th of January 2024 or an exchange up to 31st January 2024 on unworn/non personalised pieces with a valid receipt.

Please note due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further queries regarding personalised pieces. Please note that we are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
We do not provide a full refund for orders made in store using cash. You are able to receive an exchange, a credit note or gift voucher for the same amount.

If you would like to exchange an item you purchased online you can take the item and a copy of your receipt to any of our stores. We can exchange your item, offer store credit or a gift voucher.
