A beautiful 23ct emerald cut aquamarine has been lovingly hand set into a 9ct yellow gold setting to create this unique new design. Named Naia, deriving from the Greek word naiad. The Naiads were minor goddesses of springs, sacred rivers & other bodies of fresh water flowing towards the sea.
Aquamarine was believed to be the treasure of mermaids and was used by sailors as a talisman of good luck, fearlessness and protection.
