A beautiful 8.8ct beryl from the Zimbaqua mine in Africa has been lovingly handset into a 9ct gold split shank setting to create this unique design.

Zimbaqua is the world's first sustainable mine empowering women in rural communities through mining. The mine is working hard to ensure that communities, education, and children's well-being are prioritised through communication with community leaders.

The name Evelina is of French origin and is said to mean 'radiance and beauty.'

Beryl is said to promote happiness, marital love, increase sincerity and protect travellers from danger.
