A beautiful 4.04ct beryl from the Zimbaqua mine in Africa has been lovingly handset into a sterling silver split shank setting to create this unique design.

Zimbaqua is the world's first sustainable mine empowering women in rural communities through mining. The mine is working hard to ensure that communities, education, and children's well-being are prioritised through communication with community leaders.

The name Daphne is of Greek origin and is said to mean 'laurel.' The name perfectly reflects the natural green tones of the stone, whilst also having calm and gentle connotations.

Beryl is said to promote happiness, marital love, increase sincerity and protect travellers from danger.
