BLACK FRIDAY/ARCHIVE/SPECIAL PRICES/SAMPLE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Purchases made online during our Black Friday/Archive/Special Prices/Sample Sale event are eligible for refunds or exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

Exclusions apply to personalised items, bespoke jewellery, and earrings for hygiene reasons.

Items purchased in-store from our Black Friday/Archive/Special Prices/Sample Sale promotion are not eligible for a refund or an exchange.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Online: Klarna payment options are available online for purchases only made during the Black Friday/Archive/ Special Prices/Sample sale event. By selecting Klarna, you agree to their terms and conditions, which can be found on their website.

In-store: Payment must be made in full at the point of purchase.
Klarna, Clearpay, and Lay-by payment services are not available for Black Friday/Archive/Special Prices/Sample Sale purchases.

DD REWARDS

Rewards points cannot be earned on purchases made during the Black Friday/Archive/Special Prices/Sample Sale promotion.

GENERAL TERMS

Discounts or promotional pricing cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made before or after the Black Friday/Archive/Special Prices/Sample Sale event.
