We are a family-run business and how we treat people matters. Recycling in the office and the workshop has become a standard part of life at Daniella Draper. We have banned single use plastics in our daily life and we’re working to do the same in our supply chain.
The wellbeing of our incredible team comes first for us at Daniella Draper and an open, honest culture helps us push to be our best selves and our best business. We operate in England only, enabling us to interact with each other regularly in person. This year, we’ve onboarded all of our retail teams with our internal sustainability strategy and mission to align all Daniella Draper employees with our commitment to the environment.
This is now a standard part of our employee onboarding process. We also encourage employees to strike for the climate emergency because we believe it's important.
