Earn DD rewards every time you shop or find other ways you can earn points here.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Follow these steps to start earning DD rewards so you can save on your next purchase.

1. Access Your Account

Simply create a DD rewards account to join.
If you are shopping in person, you can ask our in-store team how you can join the DD Rewards Club.

2. Start Shopping

Log into your account. Under 'rewards' you'll find the different ways to earn your points.

3. Redeem Your Rewards

Your points balance, along with our DD reward vouchers will display at the top of your account. Earned rewards will add up to discount vouchers and will unlock at different milestones.

4. Start Saving

Once you have unlocked a voucher, and are ready to use it, click ‘redeem’ to reveal a coupon code that can be pasted into the promotion box at the checkout.

You can go back into your account page at anytime to view your unused codes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You can view your rewards balance when you login to your account. Visit the reward section of your account page for more details.

DD Rewards can be spent when you reach milestones within your account by applying your voucher at checkout online or in store.

Please note that you must be signed in to your account for the voucher to be applied successfully.

Only one discount code can be used on a single transaction.

You can earn a maximum of 200,000 points to receive a £500 voucher on your account.

You have 12 months to redeem your DD rewards before they reset for the following year.

Approved - Your points are available in your account and can be redeemed online and in store.

Pending - We are working to verify your points and will update your account as soon as possible. Please note DD Rewards will appear as pending for 28 days before being approved.

Cancelled - These points will not be added to your account in the event of you cancelling an order.

For orders returned for a full refund, your DD Rewards will be added back to your account.

We regret that we are not able to reimburse points for a partial refund.

We are unable to reinstate any unredeemed DD rewards from another account, but we'd love you to rejoin to access exclusive benefits and offers.

The customer who purchases a gift card will earn DD Rewards on their sale. The customer redeeming the Gift Card will not earn Rewards.
