A beautiful 5.48ct aquamarine has been lovingly set with two baguette diamonds in to a hand-carved setting to create a unique statement piece.

The name Maristela is of Spanish origin, meaning 'star of the ocean.'

Aquamarine was believed to be the treasure of mermaids and was used by sailors as a talisman of good luck, fearlessness and protection. Aquamarine is also said to be the calming and cleansing birthstone of March.
