Product Details
A beautiful 2.31ct aquamarine from the Zimbaqua mine in Africa has been lovingly handset into a hand-carved 9ct yellow gold setting, creating this unique design.
Zimbaqua is the world's first sustainable mine, empowering women in rural communities through mining. The mine is working hard to ensure that communities, education, and children's well-being are prioritised through communication with community leaders.
The natural blue hues from the aquamarine inspired the name Iara. Iara is a feminine name of Brazilian origin, meaning 'Lady of the Water'.
Aquamarine is known to support us in wisdom, intellect, knowledge, the enhancement of ideas, and clarity of the mind.
