A beautiful 3.18ct aquamarine from the Zimbaqua mine in Africa, has been lovingly handset into a 9ct yellow gold setting to create a unique signet ring design.

Zimbaqua is the world's first sustainable mine empowering women in rural communities through mining. The mine is working hard to ensure that communities, education, and the well being of children are made a priority through communication with community leaders.

The natural blue hues from the faceted aquamarine inspired the name Gelene, originating from the Greek mythology meaning 'calm seas.'

Aquamarine is known to support us in wisdom, intellect, knowledge, the enhancement of ideas, and clarity of the mind.
