Key Responsibilities:

· Create visually appealing and user-friendly graphics for digital and print media, including but not limited to website designs, social media assets, email campaigns, brochures, posters, and advertisements.
· Develop and maintain consistent brand standards across all design materials.
· Utilise design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to execute design concepts.
· Ensure designs are optimised for various platforms, including web, mobile, and print.
· Managing your time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
· Review final designs for accuracy and quality before distribution or production.
· Engaging with team members to present ideas, gather feedback, and deliver designs that exceed expectations.
· Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.
· Collaborate on creative sessions and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
Experience/Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role (minimum of 2 year).
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow design specifications.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take direction and constructive feedback.
· Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.

The candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, office management and personal assistance to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
• Diary & Calendar management overseeing the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for them where needed/if ever required.
• Arranging travel for all team members when/if required.
• Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all
participants.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication on behalf of the Managing Director and other directors in the business.
• Coordinate and manage office meetings and training days, ensuring necessary materials are prepared this will include weekly company stand up meetings.
• Oversee on general business administrative requirements to support the smooth operational running of the business daily.
Office Management:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact
effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Proficiency in office software (MS Office etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
