Your responsibilities will include…

Develop Digital Marketing Strategies

- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
- Utilise research on the market, competition, and customer preferences to identify areas for growth and formulate strategies based on data analysis.

Digital Advertising

- Administer digital advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads to enhance website traffic, conversions, and return on investment. Enhance campaigns by adjusting key performance indicators (KPIs) and working within budgetary limitations.
- Utilise research on the market, competition, and customer preferences to identify areas for growth and formulate strategies based on data analysis.

Website and User Experience

- Administer digital advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads to enhance website traffic, conversions, and return on investment. Enhance campaigns by adjusting key performance indicators (KPIs) and working within budgetary limitations.
- Execute a/b testing and enhance advertisement effectiveness by utilising data-driven analysis.

Analytics and Reporting

- Evaluate and analyse key performance indicators and metrics related to digital marketing in order to gauge the success of campaigns and initiatives.
- Generate regular reports and present valuable insights to relevant parties.
- Utilise analytics tools for websites to monitor and assess website traffic, user engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends

- Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practice in digital marketing.
- Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role or digital agency environment.
- Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in the digital space.

Our newest recruit will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our workshop and ensuring our products meet quality standards ready for sale. A Production Assistant will work closely with the workshop and head office team to assist in various aspects of jewellery production.

About the role…

As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and practical tasks to help the smooth running of the Daniella Draper Workshop. The specific duties and responsibilities of a Production Assistant will vary depending on the needs of the business and trade however you will play a crucial role in supporting the workshop team.

Your responsibilities will include…

-Workshop Assistance: To be able to assist in areas of the workshop that need support during busy periods. Including, picking orders, polishing/ cleaning jewellery, laser engraving & using spot welding machine.
- Bespoke Customers- Track and monitor our bespoke journey, maintaining production managers timelines, communication, and payments.
- Stock Handling: Receiving & recording jewellery shipments, conducting inventory counts & tracking / communicating shipments sent to suppliers.
- Organisation- Organising and maintaining files, records, and other documents. Keeping the production workspace tidy and well-organised.
- Confidentiality- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and matters.
- Administrative- To manage the filing of invoices and general admin responsibilities.
- Research- Conducting research on various topics, gathering information, and preparing reports or summaries as needed.
- Monitoring- Monitoring order schedules and statuses. Communicating well to resolve any discrepancies and delays.
- Health and safety- Ensure all health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to whilst promoting a safe environment for all employees.
- Housekeeping- General housekeeping tasks to keep a clean and tidy workspace.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Background in jewellery knowledge.
- Adherence to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to plan and manage own and others workload.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree can be advantageous.
- 2+ years' experience in a creative management role, leading a team of designers and creatives.
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing your design and conceptualisation skills.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with multimedia tools and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative professionals.
- Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Deep understanding of design principles, visual communication, and brand identity.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop unique and impactful concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey creative ideas to stakeholders.
