Any jewellery that has been personalised cannot be returned or exchanged since they are an individual, bespoke piece of jewellery. When ordering the piece, you will be asked to confirm that the wording is correct as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards. Please be aware that these are hand stamped, not done by a machine, so there may be imperfections.
During the Warranty Period of six months from purchase, we will repair or replace, at no charge, any item that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and care.
Items should be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can not be returned or exchanged. Items that have been personalised cannot be returned. If you are posting the item back to us, we recommend that you use a secure, trackable method and insure the item as we will not be responsible for loss in transit. International customers from countries such as America, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland may be asked to pay customs charges. This is the customers responsibility and by purchasing from Daniella Draper Ltd you are agreeing to pay these additional charges.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different piece, this can be done up to 14 days from purchase providing that the item has not been worn, is in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If the value of the new item exceeds the original, you will be required to pay the difference. If the value of the new item is lower than the original piece then the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase or a credit note issued. Please note if the item has been personalised, it cannot be exchanged. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.
Items are classed as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault happens within three months of purchase. Items damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All items are checked and quality controlled before leaving the workshop. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately. In most instances, we will offer to repair the faulty item.
It is not recommended that you wear your jewellery when participating in sports, sleeping or swimming. Also avoid contact with creams, perfume and make-up. Avoid running the charm along the chain/bangle as this will wear out the silver. Solvents, bleaches, household chemicals and cleaning products can tarnish silver. Some skin types can make the silver go black - this is only surface discolouration and can easily be removed with a soft, clean cloth.
Be especially careful to protect the stones from knocks and scratches. These cannot be resized once worn. Clean regularly if the back of the stone is exposed, by soaking in warm water and a small amount of washing up liquid.
Ensure that you order the correct size - measure the circumference of your wrist and deduct 1.5 - 2 cm. Do not bend or change the shape of the bangle as it will snap. Snapped bangles cannot be repaired.
Silver jewellery will naturally tarnish over time. Ensure that your jewellery is kept clean and free from creams, lotions, oils, perfumes and make-up. When not wearing, store your jewellery separately so that it doesn’t get scratched or tangled. We recommend storing your jewellery out of strong sunlight either in its original packaging or in a Daniella Draper handmade satin jewellery pouch.
Keep free from sun cream and after sun lotion. Avoid wearing when in swimming pools or jacuzzis as the chlorine may tarnish the silver. Store safely when not wearing - we recommend the Daniella Draper handmade satin jewellery pouch!
Signature bangles cannot be resized once they have been stamped. Stack bangles can be resized at an additional cost. Rings can be resized at an additional cost. Rings with stones cannot be resized but will be replaced with the correct size if returned immediately unworn. Broken chains can be fixed with a visible link.

Customers cannot use our in store Lay-By system for the promotional event, all promotional items must be paid off in full on day of purchase.
We are not able to alter of change any of the promotional pieces.
Stone rings are all sold as seen and may have small inclusions, surface scratches, weak points and imperfections within the stone. Please be aware that stones may crack if banged or mishandled.
Opal Stones are porous and absorbent. The stone may change colour if coming in contact with water, oils, lotions, perfumes and chemicals. We are not able to refund or exchange this item if an opal changes colour.
Horseshoe Sailing Ropes can potentially catch on clothing. We are unable to fix if the charm is bent or misshapen.
