Some people have a certain energy that is contagious and inspiring, Julie possess this power. A trained Yoga instructor in London, but born in the USA Julie is also known as the Viscountess Hinchingbrooke and soon to inherit the beautiful Mapperton hall. Julie’s weekly routine is made up of teaching yoga, raising 4 children & filming for ‘Ladies of London” the reality TV show she stars in. Julie is also the author of her very own healthy recipe book called “Super Foods”.
She needed a hero, so that’s what she became.
Self-belief and self-love have been a real struggle for me growing up. And it was only when I found yoga, that I realised that I needed to work on these areas so that I could grow as a person. Not relying on anyone else, competing with anyone else but just using your own superhero strength (it’s there, trust me!) to go after your goals and dreams to finally discover that all you need… is just YOU.
Writing my next book which is about ’ the simple rules of healthy eating’ but will include about 30 recipes and of course, my baby…. JUB, my range of superfood energy balls. We are in the midst of re-packaging and tweaking the logo and of course expanding into more retailers!

Since it’s still fresh in my mind…. my yoga retreat to Tulum, Mexico with Phillip Askew. Like no other retreat I’ve ever been on. Mind blowing.

I think I’m going to have to say… giving birth 4 times!!!! LOL!
What would your 3 pieces of advice be to your younger self?
1) You will never feel 100% ready but you’re actually more ready than you think! You just need to trust your gut and take the leap. Your gut is always right and the jump is worth it.
2) Things will ALWAYS get better in time. TRUST the timing of your life.
3) What you’re going through is called a ‘life experience’ and this will be a part of your story and will not only shape you but will, I promise, help others.
