Delivery & Packaging Information
DPD/DPD Express Delivery
Orders will be tracked and signed for upon delivery. Please note you will receive a DPD notification for tracking purposes once your order has been dispatched. If your delivery has been delayed or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team via customerservice@danielladraper.com
Royal Mail Delivery
Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered within 2-5 working days subject to no unexpected delays. Please note this option is only available for orders £100 or less & is not a tracked service. All orders shipped using Royal Mail are tracked, will be sent using eco packaging & can be posted through your letterbox. Daniella Draper can not be held responsible for lost/stolen/damaged orders that have been shipped using Royal Mail.

DHL International Delivery
International shipping via DHL is calculated at the checkout based on your shipping location. Delivery times may vary & can take up to 1 week. We do not currently deliver to Ukraine, Russia, Brazil or Switzerland.

Orders can be collected from your preferred store from 10am-5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am-4pm on Sundays. You will be notified by a member of our team once your order is ready to collect.
All orders over 200 UK Pounds benefit from free UK delivery. International orders benefit from free delivery when spending over a certain value. The value is calculated at checkout depending on shipping location.
We offer complimentary gift wrapping with all orders. Each item will be individually wrapped in a branded jewellery pouch, box & bag, then placed into a tissue lined box.
We offer eco packaging with all orders. Each item will be wrapped in a branded jewellery pouch & box, then placed into a recyclable Jiffy bag, which can be posted through your letterbox. Please note all Royal Mail deliveries will be sent using eco packaging only.
