Delivery During COVID-19
UK orders placed online during COVID-19 may take up to 7 days to be delivered, but we shall endeavour to send your item out as soon as we can. International shipping may take up to two months.
Your orders will be packed and processed following government guidelines, using appropriate protection.
We are unable to resize rings. However, we do have a limited supply of stone rings in specific sizes. Please email email@example.com to enquire.
In store collections
We are not offering in store collections as all our stores remain closed.
Repairs and Alterations
Any repairs or alterations will be processed once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
Delivery & Packaging Information
Orders placed online will be received within 3 working days. Personalised items have one week lead time and stone rings require two weeks lead time to be made.
Should you need an item for a certain date please contact us to discuss your requirements further.
We send our parcels Via DPD - NEXT DAY delivery service. All packages are covered by DPD insurance and will need to be signed for on delivery. You will receive your one hour window on the day your parcel is due to be delivered.

For all orders that are shipped outside the U.K. we complete the relevant customs declaration forms, however we cannot be held responsible for delays of items held up in customs. All services require a signature at their destination and are covered by DPD insurance.
If collecting in store you will be notified by telephone when your order is ready for collection.
We offer free luxury packaging with all our orders. If you'd like to have every item gift wrapped so that it can gifted individually please check the 'Add wrapping for every item' tick box at the checkout.
Should you wish for a more eco-friendly packaging option please check the 'Add Eco-Packaging' tick box at the checkout, and help make your purchase kinder to the planet.
If your delivery has been delayed, please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to track your item with DPD.
If an item is lost, or damaged the claim for compensation must be filed with DPD, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for goods that are delayed or lost in transit. Here is the link where you can file a complaint, DPD complaints.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure your item is presented to you at a high standard, we cannot be held responsible for the condition in which you receive the package. If the items inside appear to be damaged or faulty please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The claim with our carrier DPD must be logged within 14 days of the date of dispatch and a formal claim must be made within 28 days. Read more on how to submit a report to DPD for a damaged or incomplete parcel here.
